Whether you are looking for you perfect fit, or surprising someone with a gift, our size guide will help you find the right direction!

First, let’s say that ELL Milano rings follow the Italian ring measurement standards.

If you know your measurements based on other international standards, please check our ring size conversion chart below at the end of this text.

If you don’t know your size in any scale, you can download our printable sizer further down in the page.

Before to download and print it, please read the instruction to be sure your measurement is taken in the right way :)

1 Download the PDF file and print it ensuring to choose the A4 format (24 x 29,7 cm) in 100% scale (real size).

2 To avoid any mistakes, once the guide is printed, please ensure that it is printed in the right size. You can easily check it by positioning a credit or debit card in the specific area, if the size of the card will match the line length it is ok, and you can start measuring your own ring.

3 Place your own ring on top of the circles until the inside edge of the ring matches the outside of the circle. If possible use a ring band due to it’s flat shape will be easier to check the printed circles below.

TIPS:

*When in doubt between two sizes we always suggest to choose the size up, since, the measurements are really similar, but, this way you’ll be sure the ring will be comfortable in any occasion, even in warmer season or a party night when your fingers swollen a little bit for the heat.

* If you will to buy a ring from our MYTH collection (except for the myth Medusa Fragment Ring which have a normal fit) , we suggest to choose -1 size than your usual (or the one you will find out with the printable sizer) since, due to it’s internal shape and weight, those rings tent to have a larger fit rather “normal” rings.

Shipping and Returns

To avoid as much as possible waste and over production most of our jewelry is made to order.

Production timings may vary from 48h till 30 days for pieces which requires longer many production steps as for example plated jewels.

If the jewel you purchase is already available in our Milan workshop stock, it will be shipped within 1-2 work days.

All shipping are handled by DHL express 1-2 day delivery worlwide.

Shipping to Italy is 10 euro.

Once the order has been shipped, it will be delivered in approximately 24/48 hours.
ELL Milano cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues caused by the transport carrier or by third parties.

As soon as the shipment has been picked up by DHL, you will get the tracking number via SMS or E-mail.

If you live in Milan, you can select the free pick up in store, we will send you an email notification as soon as your jewel is ready to be collected.

Internationtal Shipping

All shipping are handled by DHL express 1-2 day delivery worlwide.

International shipping fee may vary by your country of residence.

Shipping fee will be shown at checkout as soon you will complete the shipping address info on the form.

International shipping fee DO NOT include custom duties fee.

Returns

It is possible to return items purchased online within 14 days from the delivery of the purchased good. Items must be returned exclusively in its original packaging, and subject to the integrity of the jewel.

By proceeding with the return, you will be refunded all payments made to ELL Milano excluding delivery costs.

The refund will be transferred within 14 days of your return request, by the same payment method used for your purchase.

Refund may be suspended until our actual receipt of the returned product to allow us to verify the integrity of the jewel.

Shipping costs of the returned item will be at your expense.

For obvious reasons, it is not possible to return a tailor-made and / or custom engraved or custom made products.

We do not accept returns on used, damaged or tampered products, or, in any case, on products that have not simply been tested to check the correct size or fit.

Payment methods

ELL Milano allows customers different payment methods listed below:

A. PAYPAL. For online payments, ELL also uses the PAYPAL system. Once this payment method has been chosen, the Customer will be redirected to the secure Paypal server whose general terms and conditions he must abide by. In no case ELL can therefore be held responsible for any damage resulting to the Customer from the use of the services offered by Paypal.

B. Credit card. The circuits accepted for payments on the site are Visa Circuit and MasterCard Circuit.

Warrenty

ELL Milano will commit to replace any jewel with manufacturing defects in its components (pins, fasteners, hooks, stone setting ...) noticed at the jewel delivery, upon receipt of the item.

NB. Because of the artisanal nature of our products and due to the choice to use only natural stones, some details of the jewels such as the color tone of the gems or the jewel finishing may slightly differ from the images shown on this website. This don’t have to be considered as a manufacturing defect or error, but as a distinctive sign, which attests to a real craftsmanship and uniqueness of each product.

Damage or defects due to wear and improper use of the jewel by the user, such as the loss of plating due to the use and wear of the jewel or damage to a stone caused by a fall, are not covered by the warranty.

The warranty is void in case of repairs or interventions made on the jewel outside our workshop.

The warranty is valid only if accompanied by a commercial sales document, valid as proof of the original purchase.

ELL Milano also guarantees that;

All jewels are created in 925/1000 silver as guaranteed by the hallmarks stamped on each jewel. (Jewelery compliant with current Italian legislation on the discipline of titles and identification marks of precious metals and certified by the required stamp - Regulation pursuant to Presidential Decree 30 May 2002 n.150, amended by Presidential Decree 26 November 2014 n.195).

Gold used in our jewelry or their components is 750/1000 (18kt) or 375/1000 (9kt).

All stones utilised ar natural stones, purchased by our trusted suppliers or recovered and up cycled from older or vintage jewelry which has been dismantled.

All ELL Milano jewels and high end fashion accessories are designed and crafted in Italy, between our Milano workshop and an handful of trusted and highly specialised collaborators located throughout all Italian regions, in order to achieve a top quality product.

Our fashion accessories collection is made in Italy as well, using nickel free alloys and platings. The maxi chains that compose the collection have been tested by BUREAU VERITAS CERTEST, to ensure compliance for use as fashion accessories.
